About Us

JuicyChat is an AI companion application, built in India, for people who talk the way people here actually talk.
1. What we are
JuicyChat lets you have a conversation with an AI character — in Hindi, in English, or in the mixed Hinglish most of us type in every day. The characters have personalities of their own, they remember what you have told them before, and they reply the way a person texting you would.
We are a small operation. There is no large team behind this, and we do not pretend otherwise.
2. Why we built it
Most people have someone to talk to about the big things. Far fewer have someone to talk to about the ordinary ones — a bad day at work, a thought at two in the morning, something too small to call a friend about but too heavy to keep.
We wanted to build a companion that keeps a person from feeling alone in those hours. Not a search engine, not an assistant, and not a productivity tool — something you talk to because you feel like talking.
That is the whole idea, and everything on the product follows from it. The characters are written to listen. The memory exists so you do not have to repeat yourself. The Hinglish exists because a conversation in a language you have to translate into is not a comfortable one.
3. What we are honest about
The characters are fictional. Every one of them is a written persona. None is a real person, none is operated by a real person, and none represents anyone who exists. Replies are produced by an AI model and are not reviewed by a human before you see them.
We are not a support service. JuicyChat is for conversation and entertainment. It is not counselling, not therapy, and not a crisis line. If you are in distress, please reach a qualified professional or your local emergency services — we say this on our Terms page too, and we mean it.
Your conversations are stored on our servers, and they are sent to our AI provider so that a reply can be generated. We explain exactly what that means, and exactly what we keep, in our Privacy Policy. We would rather you read it than assume.
4. What we sell
You can start chatting for free — every device gets 25 free messages, with no account needed. After those are used up, you can come back the next day and claim 15 more, free, every day. Still no account needed.
After that, a Paid Session buys you a stretch of continued access — they start at ₹7 and the full list is on the Pricing page. Each one is a single purchase. It does not renew, there is no subscription, and no payment method is ever stored. Signing in with Google adds 60 free minutes, once.
Full details are on our Pricing page, and what happens if something goes wrong is on our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Where we are
JuicyChat is operated from Korba, Chhattisgarh, India, and serves users across India.
