Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Effective from: 28 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JuicyChat, the website and application located at juicychat.in (the “Service”), operated by us (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
1.1. “Account” means a user account created by signing in through Google.
1.2. “Character” means an artificial-intelligence conversational persona made available through the Service.
1.3. “Content” means any text, message, or other material submitted to, generated by, or displayed through the Service.
1.4. “Guest” means a person using the Service without signing in.
1.5. “Paid Session” means a time-limited period of access purchased in accordance with Clause 5. Paid Sessions are sold in more than one duration; the durations and their prices are listed in clause 5.2.
1.6. “User”, “you” means any person accessing or using the Service.
2. The Service
2.1. Nature of the Service. JuicyChat is an AI companion application. It allows you to exchange text messages with Characters, which are computer-generated conversational personas. The Service supports conversation in Hindi, English, and mixed Hinglish.
2.2. Characters are fictional. Every Character is a work of fiction. No Character is a real person, is operated by a real person, or represents any real individual. Any resemblance to an actual person is unintended.
2.3. Responses are machine-generated. Replies are produced by a third-party large language model. Responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human before you see them.
2.4. Memory. The Service may extract and store short factual statements from your conversations (“memories”) so that a Character can refer to them in later conversations. This is a functional feature of the Service and is described further in our Privacy Policy.
2.5. No professional advice. The Service is provided for conversation and entertainment only. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
2.6. Not a crisis service. The Service is not a counselling, crisis, or emergency service and is not monitored by any person. If you are in distress or in danger, contact a qualified professional or the appropriate emergency services in your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
3.1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. This declaration is accepted at face value. We do not currently verify your age.
3.2. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor under applicable law, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
3.3. You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law.
4. Accounts and access
4.1. Guest access. You may use the Service as a Guest without creating an Account. Guest access is limited as described in Clause 4.3.
4.2. Signing in. Accounts are created using Google Sign-In. We do not issue or store passwords. Your access to the Service depends on your continued access to your Google account, which we do not control.
4.3. Free message limit. You may send up to 25 messages per device without signing in or purchasing a Paid Session. This limit is counted per device and applies whether or not you are signed in. It is a one-time allowance and does not reset.
4.3.1. Daily free messages. From the day after the allowance in Clause 4.3 is used up, you may claim a further 15 messages per day at no charge. These messages: (a) must be claimed in the app and are not granted automatically; (b) are counted per device and per Account, whichever applies; (c) reset at midnight Indian Standard Time and do not carry over; and (d) are not consumed by messages sent during a Paid Session. This is a free facility offered at our discretion. We may change the number of daily messages, or withdraw them, at any time and without notice, and doing so does not affect any Paid Session you have already bought.
4.4. Accuracy. You agree that any information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.
4.5. Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Account or device.
5. Paid Sessions, pricing and payment
5.1. What is sold. A Paid Session is a time-limited grant of continued access to the Service. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and confers no ownership of any Content.
5.2. Price and duration. The current price and duration are set out on our Pricing page and are, as at the date of these Terms:
| Item | Price | Grants |
|---|---|---|
| Paid Session — 1 hour | ₹7 | 1 hour of continued access |
| Paid Session — 1 day | ₹49 | 1 day of continued access |
| Paid Session — 1 week | ₹249 | 1 week of continued access |
| Paid Session — 1 month | ₹799 | 1 month of continued access |
| Sign-in bonus | Free | An additional 60 minutes, once |
5.3. Prices may change. We may change prices or session durations at any time. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change is published.
5.4. Payment method and processor. Payment is made by UPI, through a payment page operated by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment processor. You enter the amount and complete the payment inside your own UPI application. We do not operate a card payment gateway and do not collect or store your card, bank, or UPI credentials. Razorpay confirms completed payments to us directly.
5.5. The amount decides the session. The payment page opens with the price of the Paid Session you chose already filled in, and that amount cannot be edited there. What we receive is what determines what you get. If less than the price of any Paid Session reaches us, none is granted — contact us under clause 5.8 and we will resolve it. If more reaches us than a Paid Session costs, you are granted the longest Paid Session that amount covers and any remainder is not returned, as a started Paid Session is non-refundable under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Current prices are listed in clause 5.2 and on our Pricing page.
5.6. Proof of payment. After paying, you must identify your payment to us, by either:
- entering the mobile number you used to pay; or
- uploading a screenshot of the completed transaction, from which we read the transaction reference.
Access is granted only where what you provide matches a payment we have actually received from our payment processor. A screenshot on its own grants nothing.
5.7. Automated verification, and its limits. This matching is performed by an automated system. You acknowledge that it can fail in both directions, and in particular that it may fail to match a genuine payment — for example where confirmation from the payment processor is delayed, or where a reference cannot be read from your screenshot. Clause 5.8 and our Refund and Cancellation Policy set out what happens if it does.
5.8. If a genuine payment is not matched. If you have paid and access was not granted, contact us at juicychat.in@gmail.com with your transaction reference. We will verify the payment manually and either grant the access or refund you, in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5.9. One payment, one session. Each payment can be used to obtain access once. Presenting the same payment again — by either method in clause 5.6, in any combination — does not entitle you to further access, and does not entitle you to a refund.
5.10. Taxes. Prices are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
6. Acceptable use
6.1. You must not use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, or encourage anyone else to;
- attempt to produce, solicit, or distribute material that sexually exploits or endangers a child, or that depicts any minor in a sexual manner;
- attempt to produce or distribute material that promotes terrorism, trafficking, or serious violence against any person or group;
- harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
- upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or another user’s data;
- use any automated means to access the Service, scrape it, or place an unreasonable load on it;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any Character;
- submit a forged, altered, or fabricated payment screenshot, or otherwise attempt to obtain access without paying.
6.2. Enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe this Clause has been breached.
7. Content and intellectual property
7.1. Our material. The Service, the Characters, the JuicyChat name, and all associated software, text, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
7.2. Your messages. You retain such rights as you have in the messages you send. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your messages solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service, including transmitting them to our AI processor to generate a reply.
7.3. Generated replies. We make no claim of ownership in the replies generated for you, and we make no warranty that any generated text is original, accurate, or free of third-party rights.
7.4. No licence beyond these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, branding, or Characters outside the Service.
8. Availability
8.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that any Character will respond correctly or at all.
8.3. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a Paid Session is affected, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
9. Disclaimers
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2. AI output. Generated replies may be inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or misleading. You must not rely on any generated reply as a statement of fact. You use the Service in the knowledge that its output is produced by a machine and is not verified.
9.3. Emotional reliance. The Service simulates conversation. It does not provide, and must not be relied upon as, companionship, care, or support from a human being.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, or for any loss of data, goodwill, profit, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10.2. Cap. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) ₹1,000.
10.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Suspension and termination
12.1. By you. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To delete your Account and the personal data associated with it, write to juicychat.in@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Account. We will delete it within thirty (30) days of verifying your request.
There is no self-service deletion control in the application. Deletion is carried out manually on request.
12.2. By us. We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms, where required by law, or where continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal risk.
12.3. Effect. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
13.2. The courts at Korba, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to Clause 13.3.
13.3. Pre-litigation step. Before commencing any legal proceeding, the parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by writing to juicychat.in@gmail.com, and shall allow thirty (30) days from the date of that notice for a resolution to be reached.

15. General
15.1. Changes to these Terms. We may amend these Terms. The amended version takes effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
15.2. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
15.3. No waiver. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
15.4. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service.
