JuicyChat is simple and one-time. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no card on file.

1. What it costs

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2. How it works

2.1. Free messages. You can start chatting straight away without an account. Every device gets 25 free messages.

2.2. After that. When your free messages run out, you can either sign in for 60 extra minutes, or buy a Paid Session. They start at ₹7; the full list is in the table above.

2.2.1. Free messages every day. From the day after your free messages run out, you can claim 15 more messages each day, at no cost and without an account. They are claimed with one tap in the app — they are not added automatically — and a new day starts at midnight IST. Unclaimed or unused messages do not carry over, and messages sent during a Paid Session are not counted against them.

2.3. Buying a session. Choose a Paid Session in the app and tap the pay button. It opens our payment page with the amount for that session already filled in, and you pay from any UPI application. Come back and tell us which payment was yours — either the mobile number you paid with, or a screenshot of the completed payment. Once it is matched to a payment we have received, the session begins.

2.3.1. The amount. The payment page opens with the amount for the session you chose already set, and it cannot be edited there, so there is nothing for you to type. The amount that reaches us is what decides how long you get. If less than the cheapest session reaches us, nothing opens — write to us and we will sort it out. If more reaches us than a session costs, you get the longest session that amount covers, and any remainder is not returned.

2.4. When the time runs out. Access pauses. Your conversations are not deleted. You can buy another whenever you like, or wait for the next day’s free messages. Nothing renews on its own — there is no subscription and no card is kept on file.

3. What this is not

• Not a subscription. A Paid Session is a single purchase. It does not renew.
• No automatic charges — ever. We have no mandate, no standing instruction, and no stored payment method. Every payment is one you start yourself, from your own UPI app.
• No card details stored. We never see or store your card, bank, or UPI credentials. Payment happens entirely inside your own UPI application.

4. Payment method

We currently accept UPI only, through a payment page operated by Razorpay, our payment processor. Razorpay tells us directly when a payment completes, and access is granted only where what you give us matches a payment we have actually received.

The matching is automatic, and it can fail — most often because the confirmation has not reached us yet, or because a reference cannot be read from a screenshot. If you paid and did not get access, you are entitled to a replacement session or a refund — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Each payment opens one session. Giving us the same payment again, by either method, does not open another.

5. Refunds

A Paid Session is non-refundable, because it is delivered and used immediately.

But if a technical failure meant you did not get what you paid for — no reply came, the session never opened, or the Service was down — we will restore the session or refund you within 5–7 working days. Claims are made by email to juicychat.in@gmail.com.

6. Changes to pricing

We may change the price or the session duration at any time. Any change applies only to purchases made after it is published on this page.
