2. Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, grievances relating to the handling of your personal data may be sent to juicychat.in@gmail.com.
Grievances are acknowledged within seven (7) days and resolved within thirty (30) days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
3. Before you write to us about a payment
To help us find your transaction quickly, please include:
- the UPI transaction reference (UTR) or transaction ID;
- the date and approximate time of payment;
- the amount paid;
- a short description of what went wrong.
